I would have no problem recommending the Eden Oak brand to anyone, and although we love our home and the Estates of Credit Ridge, if I were to think about buying another home in the future, I would certainly look to Eden Oak as my first choice in a future home.
Subject: PDI
Gentlemen and Ilana, we had our PDI yesterday and although there are some items (not to be unexpected) that are not quite finished yet, I wanted to say thank-you to the Eden Oak team for the excellent job of construction and finishing that has taken place and is in the process of being finished. Although not perfect (yet), the attention to detail and effort to get things completed did not go un-noticed. Our experience during the PDI was generally positive, and hopefully over the next few days/weeks some of the outstanding items will undoubtedly be corrected.
Thanks for building this wonderful home for me and my family, for one have been extremely satisfied with the team's efforts to address some of our more custom requirements and construction concerns, and wanted to acknowledge everyone's efforts that contributed in building our home.

Last week, my family moved into our new home in the Estates of Credit Ridge. I think it's important for you to know that every Eden Oak employee I have dealt with on the purchase of our home has been nothing-but fantastic to deal with. From Zina in the Sales Office to Ilana in the Design Studio, and your fabulous team in the Construction Office, Vince, Fernando, Teresa, Diane, Dominic, George, every one of your employees has been professional, helpful, efficient and reliable.
I trust you know that your team is undeniably tremendous. I want to thank you, on behalf of my family, for entrusting such competent employees to assist us in our transition into our new home. Our two-and-a-half year wait was well worth it.

We purchased an Eden Oak home in the Estates of Credit Ridge, Brampton and wanted to convey to you our satisfaction with the home and the staff involved during the construction and after sales service.
Beginning with our purchase, we found Zina to be very personable and professional and always greeted us with a smile when we walked into the sales office.
llana was great through the design studio process and provided valuable input to help us in our decision making process.
Frank and his team, Fernando, Vince, Perry, Domenic, George, Diane, Theresa and others are awesome! During and after construction, we always felt our concerns were being addressed and were taken care of very quickly.
We are also impressed with the trades on site. Anyone who came to the house after we moved in was very friendly, courteous and professional.
And last but definitely not least is Adriana. She is amazing!!
I have experienced the purchase of a new home a few times with other builders and I would have to rate Eden Oak at the top of the list in terms of customer service, response times and quality of work.

We took possession of one of your homes in the Upper Stonehaven community in Newmarket Ontario in February 2009 and have been very pleased with the overall quality of the building. As with all new homes, we have had to contact your office to ask for assistance with some minor issues and have been very pleased with the responses we received.
I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize your team members, Frank, Perry and Theresa for their consistent level of superior customer service and professionalism. My wife, son and I, had the opportunity to meet you at the Model home opening at Lakeside Pointe in Collingwood.
This is a quick e-mail to express our happiness with the process to date.
The Sales staff on site have been absolutely fantastic. They have gone Far beyond merely selling a unit of inventory. I would guess we have been to the model home at least half a dozen times to view, measure, and admire. Prior to receiving our own documents with respect to upgrades we spent a great deal of time in the sales office going over items.
Questions; and there have been many, have always been dealt with honestly and politely.
With respect to our upgrade selection/colour appointment I simply cannot say enough about Ilana.
We have been to your studio 3 times now. The last two alone consumed 8 hours of her time. She has been excellent to deal with throughout the process. We have made choices and reversed them, added and subtracted, forgot and had to revisit and amended several times. I have a hard time believing someone actually possesses that much patience. I would not believe it if I did not experience it myself!
We also enjoyed working with the Design Studio Manager to attain an excellent solution to an issue with the master ensuite. Well done.
To date every member of your team has met and exceeded my expectations.
Overall, this has been a very positive memorable customer experience so far.

My name is ……… and I am the purchaser of Lot ….. – Vellore Park. I am writing to compliment on two of your employees, Tony Greco & Adriana Mendanha and how they have contributed a great deal of excellent customer service in order to make my first-time home buying experience a memorable one.
I would like to add that I am an employee of ……………. Homes in the Customer Service department at Head Office; therefore, I understand how difficult it may be at times dealing with purchasers. However, Tony Greco’s calm and patient personality puts homeowners’ mind at ease. Also, his attention to detail represents how much he cares about the quality of our home, even more than the actual purchaser. Again, I am very pleased to have Tony Greco as the Super of my home. He is an asset to Eden Oak Homes.
In addition, Adriana’s helpful character is another asset to your company.

I am writing this email on behalf of myself and my husband, who are first home buyers eagerly awaiting our closing date this coming Thursday. I cannot begin to describe to you the excitement we have to move in to our home, Lot #... which has been building up since we first purchased last June. So let me begin there.
Last year, we walked into the sales centre and were instantly greeted by Zina Rasminsky. Her honesty and knowledge in the product she is selling is essentially what made us make the biggest purchase of our lives from a builder that we truthfully knew nothing about. She made it her business to educate and inform us on what we were getting into. No question was left unanswered, even if it required a follow-up phone call the next day. She calmed our nerves and anxiety and made the purchasing process a relatively easy one. She is a fantastic sales rep who really understands people and will go the extra mile.
We then had the pleasure of meeting Josie L'Orefice, our Design Consultant.
Our first meeting was for structural upgrades, and she made sure to thoroughly answer every question we had. She was not pushy at all, but gave us the information we needed to make the right structural decisions based on our needs. We then saw her again at our browsing appointment, and even though she was not working that day, she still came over to give us her opinion on various colour schemes we had. When it came time to our Design appointment, Josie was patient (we were there from 10 till 3!) and gave us her honest opinion on our colour selections. She also helped us to make proper colour matches. When we finally saw our choices laid out in the house, we were thrilled to see that everything worked and looks great. Josie really has an eye for design and style.
Last but certainly not least, I would like to give recognition to our Site Superintendent, Tony Greco. We first met Tony at Eden Oak's PDI information
Session and when we went up to introduce ourselves, he talked to us as if our house was the only one that mattered. When we overheard him speak to other purchasers, he gave them the same impression as well. In the many encounters we have had with him, he has done nothing but reassure us that everything is going to be great (and it has been), that we will love the final product (and we do), and that him and his staff will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy (and he has). Under Tony's supervision, it seems that all the tradesmen communicate with each other and work like a well-oiled machine. I would like to specifically point out Tolin Framing, who under John Fiorante, did an excellent job on our house and whom we have referred to people who are looking to renovate. We were also very pleased with Frendel Kitchens and have also recommended them to others.
Tony is always available for questions and makes sure that he provides us with answers immediately. He promptly returns our calls, even if it is before or after traditional working hours. He has also called us to inform us of changes to the plan (for instance, he tried his hardest to get us access from the house to the garage with the help of John from Tolin, but the grading would not permit so he called to break the news to us).
Now that we are at the final stages of the building process, we just completed our PDI, and with the exception of a few minor touch-ups, our PDI was relatively clean. This is all in part to Tony's commitment to his job, to Eden Oak, and more importantly, to the homeowner. He understands and makes it his goal to not just meet, but exceed the customers needs and expectations. We have had many friends also make their first home purchase from other builders in Maple and Woodbridge in the past year, and when we tell them about the service and genuine care we have received from Tony and his staff, they are amazed and left questioning their decision of builder.
Tony is very serious about his site and pays such close attention to every single house, you'd think yours is the only one he is responsible for.
It seems to us that Eden Oak's goal is twofold: make an excellent house and strive for excellent customer service. Based on what we have seen so far of the product and on our encounters with various Eden Oak staff, it is the opinion of these almost homeowners that you have certainly surpassed these goals!
I hope that you pass this email on to the three individuals we have pointed out because it is important for them to know how much we truly appreciate all their help.
Subject: Adriana Mendanha
My name is ………..; my fiancé and I purchased Lot … of the Vellore Park Village North Development. I wanted to send you an email to express how grateful I am for the help that Adriana Mendanha provided me with.
She contacted me requesting my Lawyer’s contact information for the closing of my house. During our conversation, I requested to have my closing date delayed. Although this was not her area of expertise, she took on the task of ensuring that my request would be looked into. Within 24 hours, I received an amendment to the closing date of my house.
She was very professional and understanding. She handled my request in a very timely manner. She was a pleasure to work with and I was very impressed!
